What are postage costs and delivery times? 
We use Australia Post for our Deliveries, you can select your preferred shipping option at the checkout, we use standard, express and registered mail Australia Post options. Allow 7-10 working days for delivery and 3-5 working days for express postage (orders are usually sent within 48 hours of recieving payment). If you do require the product urgently please advise us via email or the notes section at checkout.

Please note: Mighty Grip Australia is not responsible for items lost in the Mail, if you want the security of receiving and tracking your mail then please use Registered Post at the checkout.

How do I pay for my order?
We use Pay Pal or Direct Deposit so you may choose your preferred payment method at the checkout. Please note, you can still use your credit card via Paypal if you don't have a Paypal account. We use Paypal because of the high security it offers our customers.

I don't live in Australia, can I still purchase from this site?
No, you may only purchase products from this website if they are being delivered in Australia. If you look at the top right hand side of the website you will find our other Worldwide Websites to choose and purchase from.

How & when do I apply Mighty Grip Powder ?
To use : sparingly apply the powder directly on the skin of any body part that requires a non-slip surface, your skin must be dry and clean prior to application. If applying to your hands clench your fist continually until you can feel the grip working. It is best applied after stretching and warm up as your body heat activates the ingredients. If moisture builds up on your skin a simple drying pat will instantly bring back the non-slip grip.
